At Winchester Capital Cars, we are dedicated to delivering reliable, punctual, and professional service to our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle cancellations and refunds fairly.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full Refunds:
A full refund will be issued for any booking cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Partial Refunds or No Refunds:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a refund, as the vehicle and driver will have been reserved specifically for your journey.
No Shows:
If the passenger fails to show up at the agreed pickup time and location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days
