Upon payment for your journey(s), you will automatically receive an email titled ‘Winchester Capital Cars Ltd Journey Acknowledgement.’ It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the details in this email.
Please note that Winchester Capital Cars Ltd will not provide refunds if you forget to bring this email with you.
Winchester Capital Cars Ltd cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to factors such as traffic delays, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
We strongly recommend that passengers plan to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their flight’s departure to account for potential unexpected delays en route. If passengers do not allow for this two-hour check-in time and miss their flight, Winchester Capital Cars Ltd will not be held liable.
Passengers are free to choose to arrive at the airport with less than a two-hour buffer, but Winchester Capital Cars Ltd will not take responsibility for missed flights resulting from this choice.
We advise all passengers to have suitable travel insurance in place before making a booking.
Winchester Capital Cars Ltd will not refund any costs to passengers who do not wait for their driver and opt for alternative transportation.
It is essential to ensure that passenger and luggage requirements do not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. If in doubt, please contact Winchester Capital Cars Ltd’s customer services team promptly.
For passenger safety, all luggage must be securely placed in the vehicle’s trunk, as required by Taxi Licensing regulations. Please consider this when selecting a vehicle.
Winchester Capital Cars Ltd reserves the right to refuse transportation of animals that were not prearranged at the time of booking. All animals must be secured in an appropriate transport container. The company will not be responsible for any costs resulting from non-compliance with these terms.
The specific route taken for your journey is at the discretion of the driver on the day of travel. Requests for alternate routes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
When providing information, please ensure you provide your arrival times and day in the UK, not your departure details.
If your flight experiences significant delays, please inform us as soon as possible.
Winchester Capital Cars Ltd primarily uses its own vehicles but may engage third-party companies when necessary.
The company reserves the right to provide an upgraded vehicle type if your initially selected vehicle is unavailable.
Reservations made for service during the following periods will be subject to additional surcharges: From 18:00 on December 24th to 23:59 on December 26th, a 100% surcharge on published prices will apply, and from 18:00 on December 31st to 23:59 on January 1st, a 50% surcharge will apply. Other days may also be affected.
